How do I create a follow-up with my voice?
Tap the microphone button and speak naturally. For example, say "Follow up with Alex about the contract tomorrow morning." PingMe's AI will parse the contact name (Alex), topic (contract), and reminder time (tomorrow 9 AM) automatically. Grant microphone and speech recognition permissions when prompted.
What is the Ghost Report?
The Ghost Report shows everyone who has stopped responding to you, color-coded by urgency. Green means the conversation is fresh, orange means it is cooling off, and red means it has been too long. Use it to see exactly who needs a nudge.
What features are free vs. Pro?
Free lets you track up to 10 active conversations. Pro ($2.99/week or $29.99/year with a 3-day free trial) unlocks unlimited conversations, unlimited voice follow-ups, and full streak tracking.
Is my conversation data stored on a server?
No. All contact names, topics, and follow-up data are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. The only data sent to a server is the voice transcript text for AI parsing, which is not stored after the response is returned.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings, then Support, and tap "Restore Purchases." This syncs your subscription status with the App Store. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used.
